Francisco Sánchez
Spanish abogado for Americans and for Spaniards living in the US and Canada.

abogado, ICAS nº 16.386
Background
I am a Spanish lawyer (abogado, ICAS nº 16.386) and a Spanish and British national. I lived and worked outside Spain for fifteen years, so I know Spanish bureaucracy from the side my clients see it: unfamiliar, slow and written in a language that is not theirs.
My practice focuses on residence in Spain, mainly non-lucrative and digital nomad residence, Spanish nationality, and inheritances with assets in more than one country. Around that I handle the property, family and document work that usually comes with them.
How I work
You deal with me directly, from the first message to the final filing. I explain the options in plain English, agree the scope and a fixed fee in US dollars in writing, and keep you informed at each step.
Many steps can be handled remotely under a power of attorney signed before a notary in your country. Some consular, nationality, immigration and notarial acts require your personal attendance; I tell you which before anything is arranged.
What I do not do
I advise on Spanish law only. US, Canadian and UK legal or tax questions belong with advisers qualified there, and I coordinate the Spanish side with them when needed.
